Smoothie

Ok so I have learned out to make THEE best smoothies!

Directions

Handfull of frozen mangos , so short of a cup

1  cup of ice (from the bag)

Half cup of frozen strawberries

Half packet of weight watchers smoothie mix (Vanilla)

1 1/2 cup of water (no milk needed the mix is a milk supplement)

1 whole bananna

2 handfulls of spinach (not nessesary)

Put in blender and Viola! – Thank me later 🙂
