New goal: Thinking before speaking or in the cyber world stop impulse blogging.
I was so annoyed today about some things in life. Things I hadn’t worked out with myself yet. I have been hyperventilating all day inside. Something really has been bothering me and I typed up this huge rant into a word document to post on my blog , but I decided to step away for a moment, collect myself then revisit the issue. After letting my annoyances sweat through my pores for about 40 minutes. I’M GOOD! Well. “Better”
I really want to put this new-found goal into action in the future too. I think it will help me to eventually not sweat the small stuff. No pun intended! LOL 🙂
